      Institutional Context

      TRW CONSULT was engaged to support the second edition of YouWIN, a Federal Government entrepreneurship initiative designed to provide capacity building and grant support to emerging and growth-stage businesses.

      The program required large-scale public awareness and structured digital engagement across a diverse national audience.

      Strategic Challenge

      The initiative needed to:

      • Reach aspiring entrepreneurs across multiple regions

      • Drive awareness within a defined campaign window

      • Maintain credibility within a government-backed funding program

      • Translate visibility into measurable participation

      This required coordinated, performance-driven digital infrastructure rather than fragmented campaign activity.

      Our Approach

      TRW CONSULT deployed an integrated digital engagement strategy across Facebook, Google, and high-traffic national platforms, combining keyword targeting, multi-format content delivery, and structured audience segmentation.

      The campaign was designed to ensure broad reach while maintaining alignment with program objectives and stakeholder expectations.

      Measurable Outcomes (Four-Week Campaign Window)

      • Over 11 million impressions delivered on Facebook

      • Reach exceeding 9 million targeted subscribers

      • More than 3.3 million impressions across Google and partner platforms

      • Nearly 12,000 direct click-through engagements

      These outcomes were achieved within a concentrated four-week execution cycle.

      Institutional Significance

      Following the performance of the second edition campaign, TRW CONSULT was re-engaged to support the third season of the initiative.

      This engagement demonstrates:
