      I Cee Technology — Three-week nonprofit digital engagement campaign delivering measurable youth mobilization and platform growth

      Institutional Context

      TRW CONSULT was engaged by Career Development Network (CDNet), a nonprofit organization focused on youth career development, to support digital awareness and participant mobilization for the I Cee Technology workshop.

      The initiative aimed to provide young professionals with structured exposure to ICT career pathways, including hands-on training and internship opportunities.

      Strategic Challenge

      The program required:

      • Targeted outreach to digitally active youth demographics

      • Structured digital amplification within a defined campaign window

      • Measurable traffic generation to the registration platform

      • Efficient deployment within budget constraints

      The campaign duration was three weeks.

      Our Approach

      TRW CONSULT deployed a multi-channel digital engagement strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, and high-traffic youth-oriented digital platforms.

      The campaign included:

      • Coordinated influencer collaboration to extend reach

      • Structured social content publication

      • Targeted advertising to a defined 18–28 demographic segment

      • Amplification across curated news platforms and online communities

      Execution was designed to balance reach, engagement, and conversion efficiency.

      • 685 structured publications

      • 2.45 million impressions

      • Coordinated engagement with 22 aligned influencers

      Facebook Campaign

      • 1.84 million impressions

      • 350,647 individuals reached

      • 4,678 click-through engagements

      • Page following increased from approximately 1,000 to over 3,600 (200%+ growth)

      YouTube Campaign

      • 1,496 impressions

      Targeted Digital Advertising

      • 1.4 million impressions

      • 924 direct click-through engagements

      • Placement across 13 youth-focused digital platforms
